• What is a Hispanic Serving Institution?

  Hispanic Serving Institutions, also known as HSIs, are defined in federal law as accredited and degree-granting 公立或私立机构，全日制西班牙裔，拉丁裔，或 拉丁裔学生占本科学生总数的25%.

• How many HSIs are there?

• Why is UNC seeking an HSI designation now?

• When is UNC going to become an HSI?
